Q: "How do I book you?"
A: Fill out an inquiry form on my website. I will be in touch with you within 24 hours, with additional information. In order to secure your booking and reserve your desired date, I require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer. (Wedding retainer differs.)

Q: "When will I receive my photos?"
A: Depending on the project, I work on a 2-4 week turnaround schedule for non-wedding sessions. Wedding galleries have a turnaround time of 8-10 weeks. But don’t worry, I won't leave you sitting on the edge of your seat with anticipation! I always send a sneak peak within the first 48 hours after your session and or wedding.

Q: "Where are you located?"
A: I am located in western Massachusetts. I offer photography services to all of New England and love a good opportunity to travel!

Q: "Will I receive RAW images?"
A: I do not deliver RAW images/files to clients because they are not processed or edited yet. Photographers are hired to deliver a final product, which is your edited digital file, not the RAW files. So that is what you should expect to receive at the end of your session or wedding!
